The Relocation Department of CENTURY 21 SoWesCo Realty serves the needs of families and corporate transferees new to San Juan County. Broker/Owner, Theresa McBee puts great emphasis on providing quality relocation services to our community's new residences. Through our Century 21® Connections™ program, we have a referral network from movers to painters to provide whatever needs you may have. Glenda Allen, Relocation Director, leads the Relocation Team of specially trained and qualified agents who assist sellers and buyers in this expert field.

Cartus's extensive list of corporate clients includes national companies, many of which have branches or facilities located in San Juan County, NM.

CENTURY 21 SoWesCo Realty also provides services to various national and regional relocation companies and networks, as well as to non-affiliated smaller companies that need help relocating their employees to San Juan County.
